Dexamethasone+Gatifloxacin is used in the treatment of bacterial eye infections. Dexamethasone + Gatifloxacin is a combination of two medicines: Dexamethasone and Gatifloxacin. Dexamethasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red swollen and itchy.
