Ofloxacin + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole is a combination of three medicines: Ofloxacin , Beclometasone and Clotrimazole which treat ear infections. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Beclometasone is a steroid medicine.
