Chloramphenicol+Dexamethasone+Polymyxin B is used in the treatment of bacterial eye infections. Chloramphenicol + Dexamethasone + Polymyxin B is a combination of two antibiotics (Chloramphenicol , Polymyxin B) and a steroid ( Dexamethasone ). The antibiotics work by killing the bacteria or stopping their growth.
